This is a great fruity, summer drink with a Brazilian flair of Cachaça.
Ready
- 2 ½ oz Cachaça
- 7 canned mandarin orange slices (extra for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp superfine or simple syrup
- 1 Tbsp honey (I use orange blossom honey)
- Ice, cubed
Set
- Rocks glass
- Cocktail shaker
Go
- Muddle oranges, honey and sugar in cocktail shaker.
- Add cachaça and ice.
- Shake vigorously and pour into rocks glass.
- Garnish with mandarin orange slice.
