You don’t have to be a hot-blooded Latino to enjoy the simple pleasure of the sweet Cuban Peach. This rum, peach brandy, and lime cocktail makes for a great tag-a-long for the last trip to the beach or a fantastic starter to a sophisticated soirée.

Ready

• 1 oz peach brandy
• 1 oz white Cuban rum
• 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• Pinch of sugar
• Mint sprig for garnish.
• Peach slice for garnish.
• Ice

Set

• Cocktail shaker with strainer
• Chilled martini glass

Go

1. Pour all ingredients (except garnish) in cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with mint and peach.
