This dip is right at home straddling buffalo wings or enrobing fresh garden crudités.

- ⅔ sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp minced celery
- 1 tbsp minced scallions
- ¼ lb crumbled blue cheese
- Several drops of hot sauce or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
